Community Stabilization Services are short-term services designed to support an individual and their natural support system in a community environment.  The intent of this service is to offer our clients support services that include learning skills and techniques to stabilize their mood, improving their activities of daily living, and linking the client to community medical and mental health services for long-term care and support.  By providing these interventions, our goal is to de-escalate the crisis situation, avoid hospitalization and return the client to pre-crisis functioning with life skills to improve their overall quality of life.​  Let us help you excel!
