  • Qualifying for services is as easy as clicking the “let’s chat” link and speaking online with a representative or by calling the office at (804) 675-0111.

  • Once you have initiated contact with our office, we will complete an intake assessment. During this intake assessment, we will work with you to identify your specific needs. After your intake is complete, you will be scheduled for an appointment to meet with a clinician who will work to better understand your needs and how we can assist you.

  • Absolutely!  You and your children will be assigned different Quality Mental Health Professionals (QMHP’s) to ensure that you and your children are receiving the individualized services you deserve. To assist in building cohesiveness within the family, the QMHP will assist with setting up an appointment with a clinician to facilitate family sessions.

  • During your assessment process with the clinician, you will participate in the development of a plan that will assist you in stabilizing your mood, improving your activities of daily living, and learning to improve those areas where your behaviors may be challenged. In essence, our goal is to give you the tools you need to improve the quality of your life.  

  • Our agency is credentialed and able to bill the following insurance plans:  Aetna Better Health of Virginia, Anthem Healthkeepers Plus, Magellan Complete Care, Molina, Optima Health Care, United healthcare and Virginia Premier Health Plan

  • If we are unable to get approval from your insurance carrier to provide services, we will assist you in finding a provider within your network.
