         a. It is the purpose of Delivering H.O.P.E. Human Services Inc. site, Deliveringhope1.com, to provide information about the functions, services, and activities of Delivering  H.O.P.E. Human Services Inc.  When/where appropriate, the website will be used to facilitate the delivery of direct services provided by Delivering HOPE. All Internet posting requests must come from an eligible user. Comments about this site are welcome from any source and are always greatly appreciated.

         a. Our site offers several online services, where users can submit forms to Delivering Hope Inc., to interact with our human resource department regarding any positions posted. For example, suppose a QMHP position is posted and is used to receive resumes and applications regarding that position. That page asks for personally identifiable information such as name, email address, and phone number.  The appropriate agency receives this information and will only share it with other management that might need the information to assess qualifications and direct for further interviews.
         b. Delivering Hope Inc. does not sell or market such information in any way to anyone. Delivering Hope Inc. will disclose such information to third parties only when required to do so by law enforcement.
         c.  Please be aware that information submitted through this website may be considered a public record subject to release by Delivering Hope in response to a request made under the Virginia Freedom of  Information Act.
         d. GIS and other location-aware apps may use, only with express permission, geographical information to improve the functionality of the application. If using a                         smartphone, a location warning will ask, “(This website would like to use your current location,”) providing the option to accept or decline. If declined, the current location is not available in that application.

X. Anonymous Visitor Information Collection

         a. For every visitor to our site, there are several common pieces of information that we do collect that are stored in logs. Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type,                 operating system, the date and time of the visit, and the addresses to which a visitor linked during a visit to our website are all recorded. We use a third-party service to collect data about where visitors click on some of our pages so we can improve content placement on the Website.
         b. We cannot and do not associate any of this information with individual people, distribute this information, or use it in any manner other than for statistical analysis in improving our site to better serve our visitors.

XI. Multimedia (Photo, Audio, and Video) Usage

          a. Photographs on the website are property of Delivering Hope Inc. They have been licensed appropriately, taken by professional photographers, and are not used for solicitation or monetary purposes. We use photographs taken at Delivering Hope locations and events which may or may not include the written permission of persons shown in the photos.

        a. Delivering Hope Inc. maintains a presence on social media sites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) to share service information and engage with the public; we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information through those sites. We also do not use personal information made available by the user to any third-party sites.
